Things get better with sage.
This attractive, evergreen perennial is mostly grown for it's aromatic, velvety, greenish/grey leaves that are used to flavour dishes like pastas, soups and stews. It also produces beautiful mauve coloured blooms when flowering, which will attract lots of happy bees. Sage leaves can also be dried and used to create dried herbs or lovely flower arrangements. Also grown for medicinal purposes. It's such a versatile plant, and so easy to start from seeds. Grows to approximately 45cm.
