Heirloom Seeds by The Little Veggie Patch Co
Pak Choi is a fast growing leafy green, with lovely smooth, round green leaves and thick stems, excellent in stir fries, soups or fresh.
Best to direct sow when conditions are right, otherwise propagate in a mini greenhouse and then transplant. As a member of the brassica family, it is susceptible to caterpillar attack so it can be a good idea to net during white cabbage moth season (peak autumn and spring). Fast to mature, it is also very tender and packs lots of flavour.
Approx 150 seeds per packet.
Plant as per instructions on your seed packaging.
