What did sushi A say to sushi B?
WASABI!
This lovely mustard variety is named after the Japanese plant "Wasabi" (Wasabi japonica) - but is not true wasabi! This variety is most commonly used for baby leaf production. We love adding the leaves to sandwiches or as a garnish - they have a delicious mustard flavour! A fast growing and very rewarding plant.
